Overview
Frozen is the least forgiving thing we ship. Dry cargo can survive a slow week at the port; a frozen container cannot survive a single lapse in temperature, and the damage does not show until the box is opened at the far end. So this division is run on a different discipline from the rest of the business: field-to-freezer time is measured in hours rather than days, every container carries a temperature logger, and we book only with lines that can evidence plug-in continuity through transhipment. Our produce comes from farm clusters across coastal Karnataka, Kerala and the Tamil Nadu plains, blanched and individually quick frozen at HACCP-certified plants so the pieces stay free-flowing rather than clumping into a block.
Whole, cut and cross-cut okra — India’s highest-volume frozen vegetable export and the line we handle most. Harvested young, blanched to lock colour, and frozen before the mucilage breaks down, which is what separates a good lot from a slimy one.
Shelled green peas and sweet-corn kernels graded for size and sugar content, frozen within hours of picking so the natural sugars have not yet converted to starch.
French beans and cluster beans cut to length, diced or sliced carrot, and cauliflower and broccoli florets sized to your cut sheet. Supplied to ready-meal lines, catering kitchens and retail freezer aisles.
Two-way, three-way and five-way blends built to your ratio — the standard peas-carrot-corn-beans mix, or a formulation matched to a specific recipe. Blending is done post-freeze so each component keeps its own texture.
The lines that are difficult to buy anywhere but South India: drumstick segments, curry leaf, raw jackfruit, raw banana, and grated or chunked coconut. Strong demand from diaspora retail and South Asian food manufacturers.
